Location Information Privacy. For terminal inserted location information it is the responsibility of the user / terminal to ensure that the appropriate level of location detail and the privacy of information is only accessible by the intended recipient. Privacy is usually achieved through encryption of the location information or by reference to a common location broker. MSF Network derived location information conveyed in SIP messages is not limited in the level of detail and contains all available information. It is also conveyed unencrypted so that real time applications can use the information for session control. Because of the full availability of all location information, a set of privacy rules is defined per access user (i.e. location information restrictions associated with the specific point of access / attachment identity) which is also inserted along with the location information. As the user attached to the access network and the user registered for service over that access may not be the same, these privacy rules MAY be further restricted by a S-CSC or Presence Server. The MSF IMS core is considered a trusted domain where the privacy of information is maintained through its private and secure nature. Therefore the MSF core MUST police the release of any location information by applying the associated privacy rules when it is passed to

  • Transaction Information The Adviser shall furnish to the Trust such information concerning portfolio transactions as may be necessary to enable the Trust or its designated agent to perform such compliance testing on the Funds and the Adviser’s services as the Trust may, in its sole discretion, determine to be appropriate. The provision of such information by the Adviser to the Trust or its designated agent in no way relieves the Adviser of its own responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • Verizon Information Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

  • Service Information Pages Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • Exceptions to Confidential Information The obligations set forth in Section 13.1 (Confidential Information) shall not apply to the extent that Confidential Information includes information which is: (a) now or hereafter, through no unauthorized act or failure to act on the Receiving Party’s part, in the public domain; (b) was in the Receiving Party’s possession before receipt from the Disclosing Party and obtained from a source other than the Disclosing Party and other than through the prior relationship of the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party before the Separation Date; (c) hereafter furnished to the Receiving Party by a third party as a matter of right and without restriction on disclosure; (d) furnished to others by the Disclosing Party without restriction on disclosure; or (e) independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Receiving Party from disclosing Confidential Information to the extent the Receiving Party is legally compelled to do so by any governmental, investigative or judicial agency pursuant to proceedings over which such agency has jurisdiction; provided, however, that prior to any such disclosure, the Receiving Party shall: (i) assert the confidential nature of the Confidential Information to the agency; (ii) immediately notify the Disclosing Party in writing of the agency’s order or request to disclose; and (iii) cooperate fully with the Disclosing Party in protecting against any such disclosure and/or obtaining a protective order narrowing the scope of the compelled disclosure and protecting its confidentiality.

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.
