LOCATIONS/SIGNS. University shall permit PNC Bank to place signs advertising the Program in locations on University’s campus that are mutually acceptable to both parties. PNC Bank must have University’s prior written approval for size, content and colors of any signs, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Written approval shall be provided within ten (10) business days of the request by PNC Bank.
