Common use of Lockout Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Lockout Prohibited. The Management will not cause or sanction a lockout until all the grievance procedure as outlined in this agreement has been exhausted, and in no case upon a matter on which the Appeal Board has power to rule, and in no other case until after negotiations have continued for at least seven (7) separate days on which meetings have been held.
