Common use of LOCKOUTS AND KEYS Clause in Contracts

LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If Tenant is locked out of Tenant's premises, or for whatever reason needs Xxxxxxxx's assistance to gain access to the leased premises, Tenant shall be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Tenant shall also pay replacement cost of any lost mailbox or premises keys. Tenant shall receive only one (1) mailbox key. Tenant shall not place any additional locks on any door.
