Common use of LODGE BARGAINING COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

LODGE BARGAINING COMMITTEE. 27 The bargaining committee of the Lodge will include not more than six (6) representatives. These representatives shall be composed of four (4) Lodge members of the Michigan State University bargaining unit, and two (2) non-Michigan State University employee representatives. No more than three (3) representatives will be on duty during the day bargaining takes place. The Lodge will furnish the Office of Employee Relations with a written list of the Lodge's bargaining committee, and any alternates, prior to the first bargaining meeting, and substitution changes thereto, if necessary.

These representatives shall be composed of four two (42) Lodge members of the Michigan State University bargaining unit, and two (2) non-Michigan State University employee representatives. No more than three two (32) representatives will be on duty during the day bargaining takes place. The Lodge will furnish the Office of Employee Relations with a written list of the Lodge's bargaining committee, and any alternates, prior to the first bargaining meeting, and substitution changes thereto, if necessary.
