A Lodge representative will give advance notice and provided the representative gives obtain approval from the Chief or designee advance noticeif the Lodge intends to use the employer's facilities for Lodge business. In the Chief's or designee's absence, notice shall be given to and approval obtained from the shift supervisor at the time. Permission of the Chief or designee to use the facilities will not be withheld without a valid reason.
