Common use of — Lodge Negotiating Team Clause in Contracts

— Lodge Negotiating Team. Members designated as being on the Lodge negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay. If a designated Lodge negotiating team member is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he or she will not be compensated for attending the session.
