Lodge Representatives. The Lodge President or designee and other representatives of the Lodge shall be admitted to College facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending joint meetings for the purpose of administering the contract. Duly authorized representatives of the Lodge will be permitted to visit College premises at reasonable times for the purpose of transacting any other relevant business of the Lodge; however, such visits shall be limited to the purposes of determining whether provisions of this Contract are being observed. The College will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, giving due regard to the nature of the matter, safety, and its own service needs. Representatives who are not College employees shall be subject to all regulations of the College applicable to non-employees. Such visits shall not interfere with the work of any employee or the operation of the Police Department thereof. Where practicable, the non-employee Lodge Representative/Designee shall notify the Chief of Police/Designee 24 hours in advance about prescheduled meetings or other prescheduled Lodge business on campus involving bargaining unit members on duty. In cases where advance notice cannot be given, the non-employee Lodge Representative/Designee will notify the Chief of Police/Designee or highest-ranking official on duty prior to conducting any Lodge business with bargaining unit members on duty.
Lodge Representatives. A. The Lodge may appoint representatives in the Department as follows: One (1) in each District of the Neighborhood Patrol Division One (1) in the Special Operations Section or Special Services Section One (1) in the Criminal Investigations Division One (1) in the Public Integrity Bureau or the Compliance Bureau One (1) in the Administrative Bureau One (1) Employee at Large
B. A written list of Lodge Representatives shall be furnished to the Department immediately after their designation and the Lodge shall notify the Department promptly of any change of such representatives.
C. After appropriate notice to his Commanding Officer, a Lodge Representative shall be granted reasonable time off during working hours with pay when he is engaged in processing (investigating and presenting) a grievance under Article ARTICLE 55 of this Memorandum, and where it will not interfere with the operations of the Department.

Lodge Representatives. On January 1st of each year, the Lodge shall provide the Department with a list of employees, not to exceed two (2) individuals, who shall serve as official Lodge representatives for that calendar year.
Lodge Representatives. For the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of this Agreement, the Employer agrees as follows:
Lodge Representatives. Representatives of the Lodge shall be admitted to the City’s facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings.
Lodge Representatives. For purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of this Agreement, the Department agrees as follows:
Lodge Representatives. Lodge representatives shall be admitted to the Authority’s facility for the conduct of business or meetings relating to issues of the bargaining unit and its members at reasonable times provided that Authority operations shall not thereby be interfered with or interrupted. The Director of Public Safety, or designee, shall be notified reasonably in advance of such visitation. The Lodge representatives will not be permitted access to any secured or restricted area unless escorted by the Director of Public Safety, or designee.
Lodge Representatives. Designated representatives of the Lodge shall be permitted to come on the premises of the Employer for the purpose of investigating and discussing grievances or alleged violations of the Memorandum of Agreement with stewards, the employer, or other employees in the appropriate unit they represent. The Lodge will provide a list of designated representatives to the Employer and will be responsible for updating such lists as necessary. Contacts by the Lodge representatives with employees concerning matters other than grievances or alleged violations of the Memorandum of Agreement will be accomplished during the employees' non-duty time.
1.1 Authorization to come on the employer's premises for the purpose of investigating and discussing alleged violations of the agreement shall not be unreasonably denied. These visits, should only occur with prior approval of the Appointing Authority or his/her designee, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
1.2 The Lodge shall ensure the employer has a current list of representatives accredited by the Lodge. KDOC contact information shall be provided to the Lodge upon request. KDOC maintains a current list of contacts on the public internet website located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx. Management titles relevant to this MOA are as follows: Deputy Secretary of Community and Field Services Regional Parole Director, Northern/Southern Parole Region Deputy Director of Public Safety, Department of Administration Deputy Regional Director, Northern/Southern Parole Region Human Resources Director/KDOC
1.3 With prior supervisory approval, the members of the Executive Board of the Lodge shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time during regular working hours to represent officers in disciplinary meetings, grievance investigations and preparation and grievance meetings, arbitrations and Civil Service Board hearings.
1.4 Representatives of the Lodge, not to exceed four (4) members, shall be given a reasonable amount of time off with pay to prepare for and conduct contract negotiations.
Lodge Representatives. On January 15th of each year of this Agreement, the Lodge shall provide the employer's Director of Human Resources with a written list of designated representatives who shall have authority to act on behalf of the Lodge. Those designated Lodge representatives shall be permitted to come on the premises of the employer for the purpose of investigating and discussing grievances or alleged violations of the Memorandum of Agreement with stewards, the employer, or other employees in the appropriate unit they represent, if they first obtain authorization to do so from the employer's Director of Human Resources or his or her designated representatives. Contacts by the Lodge representatives with employees concerning matters other than grievances or alleged violations of the Memorandum of Agreement will be accomplished during the employees' non-duty time.
1.1 Authorization to come on the employer's premises for the purpose of investigating and discussing alleged violations of the agreement shall not be unreasonably denied. These visits, however, shall not interfere with or disrupt the scheduled work of the employees, without the consent of the Director of Human Resources or his or her designated representatives, in consultation with the employee's immediate or next succeeding supervisor.
1.2 The employer shall insure that the Lodge has a current name and work phone number of the Director of Human Resources for the Depaiiment of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism and the names and numbers of his or her designees.
