Logon ID and Password. Company agrees to protect Highmark's logon ID(s) and password(s) from compromise, release or discovery by any unauthorized person, and shall not disclose the logon ID(s) and password(s) to any third party in any manner. If a breach of this provision occurs, Company must notify Highmark immediately as set forth in the Guide. Company acknowledges that only Company personnel it designates shall be permitted to use the logon ID(s) and password(s). Company's use of logon ID(s) and password(s) constitutes an Electronic Signature that confirms Company’s willingness to: remain bound by these terms and conditions, and ratify any transaction conducted electronically by Highmark.

  • User ID and Password You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User ID and Password. Because your User ID and Password can be used to access your Accounts and to access information about these Accounts, you should treat your User ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your ATM security code and other sensitive financial data. We may ask you to change your User ID and Password from time to time for security reasons. You agree not to use any language that is abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or threatening when defining your Password or any other personalization of your Accounts.

  • Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer with Customer Assumed Risk customer number and password. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union will know or need to know your password, and JetStream Federal Credit Union employees will never ask for your password. If you wish to make a transfer to an Account of another person, you will be asked to provide a separate code word or phrase (the "Shared Secret") that is known only to you and to the person to whom you are transferring the funds (the "Recipient"). We recommend that you do not use commonly used words, phrases or dates. In order to complete the transfer, the Recipient must provide the Shared Secret and certain other identifying information. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • Web Hosting If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for web hosting services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Use of information, data and software In the event that you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Client Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law. Information, other than statistical or factual tabulations or data such as the Bid Tabulation, shall only be released as required by law after Contract award. Bid Tabulations are not maintained for all procurements. Names of Bidders may be disclosed after Bid opening upon request. Written requests should be directed to the Commissioner.
