Logon ID and Password. Company agrees to protect Highmark's logon ID(s) and password(s) from compromise, release or discovery by any unauthorized person, and shall not disclose the logon ID(s) and password(s) to any third party in any manner. If a breach of this provision occurs, Company must notify Highmark immediately as set forth in the Guide. Company acknowledges that only Company personnel it designates shall be permitted to use the logon ID(s) and password(s). Company's use of logon ID(s) and password(s) constitutes an Electronic Signature that confirms Company’s willingness to: remain bound by these terms and conditions, and ratify any transaction conducted electronically by Highmark.

  • User ID and Password You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User ID and Password.   • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • Web Hosting If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for web hosting services, the following terms shall also apply:

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Use of information, data and software In the event that you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Client Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software.

  • RELEASE OF BID EVALUATION MATERIALS Requests concerning the evaluation of Bids may be submitted under the Freedom of Information Law.
