Long Service Leave for Teachers. who Elect to Receive Additional Superannuation A Teacher who elects pursuant to Clause 24 - Election regarding Superannuation, Long Service Leave and Leave Loading to receive additional superannuation and not receive annual leave loading and to receive a lower rate of long service leave shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW), that is 4.330 days per year of service, for the period during which the Teacher received the additional superannuation.
