Long Term Illness or Accident Leave. (Ed. Code 44977) - After all earned sick leave has been used, based 2 on a doctor's off-work order, an additional five (5) months or 100 days of difference pay, whichever is 3 longer, for long term illness or accident leave shall be granted.
