Longevity Advances. Tenured employees who are on a half-time assignment and who work at least fifty percent (50%) of the required working days will receive credit for a full step on the salary schedule. Probationary employees must work at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the number of required working days to receive credit for a full step on the salary schedule.
