Common use of Longevity Advances Clause in Contracts

Longevity Advances. Employees who are on a part-time assignment and who work at least fifty percent (50%) of the required work year will receive credit for a full step on the salary schedule.

Longevity Advances. 25 Employees who are on a part-time assignment and who work at least fifty percent 26 (50%) of the required work year will receive credit for a full step on the salary 27 schedule.

Longevity Advances. 12 Employees who are on a part-time assignment and who work at least fifty 13 percent (50%) of the required work year will receive credit for a full step on the 14 salary schedule.
