Common use of Loop Transmission Types Clause in Contracts

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB KDL to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB KDL access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB Connectel to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB Connectel access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB Xxxxxxxx to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB Xxxxxxxx access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Verizon shall allow CBB BLC access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Lawthe Federal Unbundling Rules. The Subject to the foregoing and the provisions regarding FTTP Loops, in Section 3.5 below, and Hybrid Loops, in Section 3.6 below, the available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment1, Verizon shall allow CBB SBCT to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, in accordance with this Section 3 and the rates and charges provided in the Pricing Attachment. Verizon shall allow CBB SBCT access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:

Loop Transmission Types. 3.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall allow CBB to access Loops unbundled from local switching and local transport, at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in accordance with this Section 3 Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Loops, and the rates Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and charges provided in the Pricing Attachmentconditions are effective. Verizon shall allow CBB access to Loops in accordance with, but only to extent required by, Applicable Law. The available Loop types are as set forth below:.
