Common use of Loss of Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Loss of Eligibility. If a Member no longer meets the eligibility requirements and is not enrolled for continuation coverage as described in Subsection G. below, coverage will terminate at the end of the month during which the loss of eligibility occurs, unless otherwise specified by the Group.

Loss of Eligibility. If a Member no longer meets the eligibility requirements and is not enrolled for continuation coverage as described in Subsection G. F. below, coverage will terminate at the end of the month during which the loss of eligibility occurs, unless otherwise specified by the Group.
