Common use of Loss of License Clause in Contracts

Loss of License. Any of the following shall have occurred if the effect thereof would be reasonably expected to cause a Material Adverse Effect; (i) any License whether presently existing or hereafter granted to or obtained by any Credit Party shall expire without renewal or be suspended or revoked, or (ii) any Credit Party shall become subject to any injunction or other order affecting or which may affect such Credit Party’s present or proposed operations under any such License;
