Common use of Loss of Time Plan Clause in Contracts

Loss of Time Plan. Each full-time employee shall receive loss of time benefits through a carrier selected by the Board of Education equal to sixty percent (60%) of the employee’s weekly pay (less appropriate offsets) for a period of one (1) year.
