Lost Dog. You agree to make a serious effort to find the Dog if it becomes lost, by immediately (a) filing lost reports with the local police, animal control authorities, animal shelters, SPCA’s and local veterinarians & pet stores, (b) posting lost dog signs (c) running lost dog adds in your local paper and (d) contacting CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC. for additional advice and/or help.

  • Lost Items The Credit Union, in receiving items from you for withdrawal or deposit, acts only as your agent and reserves the right to reverse the credit for any deposited items or to charge your account for the items should they become lost in the collection process.

  • Lost Time Apprentices are required to serve an additional day for each day of absence during each year of their apprenticeship, except in respect of absences due to annual leave or long service leave. The following year of their apprenticeship does not commence until the additional days have been worked.   • Lost ADRs, etc In case any ADR shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new ADR of like tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated ADR, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated ADR upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in the case of a destroyed, lost or stolen ADR, in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, or stolen ADR, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution before the Depositary has notice that the ADR has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such ADR, the authenticity thereof and the Holder’s ownership thereof.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.

  • Punitive Damages The Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Borrower hereby agree that no such Person shall have a remedy of punitive or exemplary damages against any other party to a Loan Document and each such Person hereby waives any right or claim to punitive or exemplary damages that they may now have or may arise in the future in connection with any Dispute, whether such Dispute is resolved through arbitration or judicially.

  • NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES In no event shall Xxxxxxxx Software GmbH or its distributors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software and related materials, even if Xxxxxxxx Software GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
