LOST OR STOLEN CARDS. If it is believed that the Card has been lost or stolen, or used in an unauthorized manner, the Cardholder shall contact Solvay Bank at once in order to minimize possible losses. In most cases, the Cardholder will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions unless it is determined that the Cardholder was grossly negligent or fraudulent in the handling of the Card.
