Lost Shareholders. GFS shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rules 17a-24 and 17Ad-17 (the “Lost Shareholder Rules”) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including, but not limited to, those set forth below. GFS may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform some of or all such services.

Lost Shareholders. PFPC shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rules 17a-24 and 17Ad-17 of the 1934 Act (the "Lost Shareholder Rules"), including, but not limited to, those set forth below. PFPC may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform some of or all such services. (i) documentation of search policies and procedures; (ii) execution of required searches; (iii) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rules; and (iv) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rules. Except as set forth above, PFPC shall have no responsibility for any escheatment services.
Lost Shareholders. Transfer Agent shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rules 17a-24 and 17Ad-17 of the 1934 Act (the “Lost Shareholder Rules), including, but not limited to those set forth below. Transfer Agent may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform some or all of such services. (a) documentation of electronic search policies and procedures; (b) execution of required searches; (c) creation and mailing of confirmation letters; (d) taking receipt of returned verification forms; (e) providing confirmed address corrections in batch via electronic media; (f) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rules; and (g) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rules.
Lost Shareholders. JHSS shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rule 17Ad-17 of the 1934 Act (the “Lost Shareholder Rules), including, but not limited to those set forth below. JHSS may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform some or all of such services. (a) Documentation of electronic search policies and procedures; (b) Execution of required searches; (c) Creation and mailing of confirmation letters; (d) Taking receipt of returned verification forms; (e) Providing confirmed address corrections in batch via electronic media; (f) Tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rules; and (g) Preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rules.
Lost Shareholders. Perform such services as are required in order to comply with the provisions of SEC Rule 17Ad-17 under the 1934 Act (the "Lost Shareholder Rule"), including, but not limited to: (i) documentation of search policies and procedures; (ii) execution of required searches; (iii) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rule; and (iv) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rule. For purposes of clarification: DTI has no obligation to perform the lost shareholder services for broker-controlled accounts, omnibus accounts and similar accounts with respect to which DTI does not receive or maintain information which would permit it to determine whether the account owner is a "lost securityholder", as that term is defined in the Lost Shareholder Rule.

(a) documentation of electronic search policies and procedures; (b) execution of required searches; (c) creation and mailing of confirmation letters; (d) taking receipt of returned verification forms; (e) providing confirmed address corrections in batch via electronic media; (f) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rules; and (g) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rules.

Lost Shareholders. (i) PNC shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rule 17Ad-17 of the 1934 Act (the “Lost Shareholder Rule”), including, but not limited to, those set forth below. PNC may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform some of or all such services. (A) documentation of search policies and procedures; (B) execution of required searches; (C) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rule; and (D) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rule. (ii) PNC shall provide abandoned property escheatment services in accordance with its Written Procedures (as defined at Section 20) (iii) Notwithstanding the foregoing, PNC shall have no duty or obligation under this Section 2(m) to perform any services described in this Section 2(m) on any shareholder accounts that are broker-controlled accounts or omnibus accounts or are accounts which otherwise contain insufficient information to permit PNC to identify and depict “RPO” status or otherwise perform the described services for persons holding through such accounts. Except as set forth above, PNC shall have no responsibility for any escheatment services.
Lost Shareholders. (A) BNYM shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rule 17Ad-17 of the 1934 Act (the “Lost Shareholder Rule”), including, but not limited to, those set forth below. (i) documentation of search policies and procedures; (ii) execution of required searches; (iii) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rule; and (iv) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rule. (B) For purposes of clarification: Section 3(a)(11)(A) does not obligate BNYM to perform the services described therein for broker-controlled accounts, omnibus accounts and similar accounts with respect to which BNYM does not receive or maintain information which would permit it to determine whether the account owner is a “lost securityholder”, as that term is defined in the Lost Shareholder Rule.
Lost Shareholders. Investor Services Group shall perform such services as are required in order to comply with Rules 17a-24 and 17Ad-17 of the 34 Act (the Lost Shareholder Rules"), including, but not limited to those set forth below. Investor Services Group may, in its sole discretion, use the services of a third party to perform the some or all such services. (a) documentation of electronic search policies and procedures; (b) execution of required searches; (c) creation and mailing of confirmation letters; (d) taking receipt of returned verification forms; (e) providing confirmed address corrections in batch via electronic media;; (f) tracking results and maintaining data sufficient to comply with the Lost Shareholder Rules; and (g) preparation and submission of data required under the Lost Shareholder Rules.
