Low Census Report Pay. Nurses who report for work as scheduled (unless otherwise notified in advance) and who are released from duty by the Hospital because of low census shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ work or four (4) hours’ pay at the regular rate of pay. Nurses who are sent home after this four (4) hours and subsequently that day are called and agree to work shall receive time and one-half (1½x) the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the callback.
