Low enrolment program. to discuss the issue of low enrolment programs (small cohorts), specifically for colleges outside major centres, in order to analyze the situation and exchange their respective points of view by:  analyzing the situation in colleges that have difficulty recruiting for certain programs;  documenting each of the aspects affected by the small cohort issues, including financing, program offering management and new program development;  measuring the impact of small cohorts on work organization;  taking stock of assumptions that may lead to durable and permanent solutions;  regularly reporting on progress to the provincial parties and share any information deemed relevant.
