Common use of Low Pressure Steam Clause in Contracts

Low Pressure Steam. Refinery Company and Fertilizer Company may supply each other any steam (other than High Pressure Steam) produced by either of their respective operations, which is not required by such operation and is required for the other Party’s operation, at no cost; provided, however, there shall be no obligation by either Party to supply any such steam and the Party requiring such steam shall give reasonable notice to the other Party of any request.
