Lump Sum Based Service Work Orders. Contractor shall, upon receipt by the Judicial Council of a Deliverable associated with a Payment Milestone, submit an invoice for each SWO’s Milestone Payment associated with any Deliverable(s) accepted by the Judicial Council. Deliverables shall not be invoiced in advance of receipt by the Judicial Council.
