: LUNCH TIME SUPERVISION. 37.01 Every teacher shall receive a minimum of 40 uninterrupted minutes for lunch during the regularly scheduled lunch period. The Board shall continue to provide daily paid lunch time supervision at least equivalent to the total of such supervision provided in the 1988-89 Collective Agreement. The Director shall have the power to redistribute this total lunch time supervision to best serve the needs of the system.
