Common use of M/WBE Program Clause in Contracts

M/WBE Program. Local Law No. 129 of 2005 added and Local Law 1 of 2013 amended Section 6-129 to the Administrative Code of the City of New York (hereinafter “Section 6-129”). Section 6-129 creates participation by minority and women-owned business enterprises (MBEs and WBEs) in City procurement.
