Common use of M/WBE Program Clause in Contracts

M/WBE Program. Vendor acknowledges that it is familiar with the requirements of the Board's Remedial Program for Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Participation in Goods and Services Contracts and agrees to comply with the provisions of such program.

M/WBE Program. Vendor acknowledges that it is familiar with the requirements of the Board's “Remedial Program for Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Participation in Goods and Services Contracts and Contracts”, which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Vendor agrees to comply adhere to the minimum participation goals and to all other applicable MBE/WBE requirements as set forth in the plan. Vendor agrees to submit such documentation in connection with the provisions of such programplan as may be requested by the Board.
