Mail-In Ballots. At least thirty (30) days prior to the Advance Poll, if any, or at least forty-five (45) days prior to the Referendum Poll, the Process Officer, at a minimum, will mail or deliver the following material to at least every person on the voters list for whom the Keeyask Cree Nation has provided an address, other than to Members living on its reserve lands: (a) the times, dates and places of any upcoming public meeting referred to in section 3.2; (b) the time, date and polling places for the Advance Poll, if any, and the (c) information as to where copies of the Frozen JKDA can be reviewed or obtained, including instructions from the Process Officer on how to access a copy of the Frozen JKDA via the Internet; (d) a letter from the Chief and Council providing any information relating to the Frozen JKDA that the Chief and Council determines is appropriate; (e) a letter of instruction from the Process Officer explaining the procedure for voting by mail-in ballot, and advising the recipient that mail-in ballots must be received by the time the polls close on the day of the Referendum Poll in order to be counted; (f) a mail-in ballot, initialled on the back by the Process Officer; (g) an inner envelope marked “Ballot” for insertion of the completed ballot; and (h) an outer postage-paid return envelope pre-addressed to the Process Officer which is marked with the name of the Member to whom the package was sent as the name appears on the voters list.

Mail-In Ballots. (a) Mail-In Ballots will be sent by regular mail to Electors at their last known addresses. This is a regular Ballot, which is attached to these Election Rules as Schedule E. In the event an Elector chooses to vote by means of Mail-In Ballot, after completing the Mail-In Ballot, the Elector shall place it inside the envelope provided for that purpose addressed to the Electoral Officer and on which postage has been prepaid and mail it to the Electoral Officer. The Ballot must reach the Electoral Officer on or before the Election Day that has been scheduled for the Community. (b) Upon receipt of the Mail-In Ballots the Electoral Officer shall put them into a Ballot Box marked Mail-In Ballots and sealed by him/her. These Mail-In Ballots shall be then counted once the Polls in all of the Communities have closed.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave. (b) If the transfer to a safe job is not practicable, the employee may elect, or the employer may require the employee to commence parental leave for such period as is certified necessary by a registered medical practitioner.

  • Electronic Re-presented Checks If you write a check on a personal account that we return unpaid because of insufficient or uncollected funds, payee or any subsequent holder of the check may re-present the check to us, through an electronic instruction ("Electronic Re-presented Check") to charge your account for the amount of the check. If we receive an electronic re-presented check, we will pay or return the electronic re-presented check as if the original paper check was presented to us. Any collection fee you authorize the merchant to debit from your account is an electronic funds transfer subject to the terms of the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement. If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within fifteen (15) days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice of affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment of any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or bill payments. If you ask us to request the depositor's bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account re-credited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining, and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ 000- 000-0000. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent National Wood Flooring Association inspector (“NWFA Inspector”) to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the NWFA Inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement.   • Access to List of Holders (a) If the Trustee is not acting as Certificate Registrar, the Certificate Registrar will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, within fifteen days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request by the Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders of each Class as of the most recent Record Date. (c) Every Holder or Certificate Owner, if the Holder is a Clearing Agency, by receiving and holding a Certificate, agrees with the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Certificate Registrar and the Trustee that neither the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Certificate Registrar nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
