VOTERS LIST. 4.6.1 The Eligibility Committee shall, at least 30 days before the first day of the Tåîchô ratification vote at the polling stations, revise the preliminary voters list in accordance with its decisions under 4.5 and produce it as the Voters List.
VOTERS LIST. 4.1. The Nepali citizens who have attained 18 years of age within the date fixed by the Election Commission (EC) shall be the voters. 4.2. For the purpose of the next election to the Constituent Assembly (CA), a special campaign would be launched in coordination with the Home Ministry, EC and other bodies to a) update the voters’ list based on the citizenship certificate and to provide citizenship certificates to the Nepali citizens who have the right to get it; b) to update the voter list of those having their names missed despite the provision (a) as per the clause 11 of the Voter Registration Act 2063 BS based on the voter’s registration of the 2064 and thereafter. While doing so, the biometric voters’ list prepared by the Election Commission based on the voters’ roll for the 2064BS CA elections. 4.3. After the next CA election, all eligible Nepali citizens would be provided the national identity cards based on their citizenship certificates thereby making the national identity card the basis for the preparation of next voter’s list.
VOTERS LIST. 3.1 At least 30 days before the day of the Ratification Vote, the Xxxxxx First Nation shall provide the Ratification Officer with a Voters List. 3.2 The Voters List shall set out the following: a) the first and last names of all Voters, in alphabetical order; b) the Certificate of Indian Status Registry number or Membership number of each Voter; c) the birthdate of each Voter; and 3.3 On request of the Council or a member, the Ratification Officer shall confirm whether the name of a person is on the Voters List. 3.4 The Ratification Officer shall revise the Voters List where it is demonstrated that a) the name of a Voter has been omitted from the Voters List; b) the name of a Voter is incorrectly set out in the Voters List; or c) the name of a Voter not qualified to vote is included in the Voters List. 3.5 For the purposes of Section 3.4, a person may demonstrate a) that the name of a person has been omitted from, or incorrectly set out in, the Voters List by presenting to the Ratification Officer evidence that the person is a Voter; or b) that the name of a person not qualified to vote has been included in the Voters List by presenting to the Ratification Officer evidence that person is not a Voter. 3.6 The Ratification Officer is entitled to seek additional information or confirmation regarding revisions to the Voters List from the Council or from any membership clerk or staff member appointed by the Council to assist the Ratification Officer with revisions to the Voters List.
VOTERS LISTFox Lake will provide to the Process Officer the names and addresses of all Adult Fox Lake Citizens from which the Process Officer shall prepare the Voters List.
VOTERS LIST. Each Keeyask Cree Nation will provide to its Process Officer the names and, where it has them, addresses, of all Members eligible to vote in the Referendum, from which its Process Officer shall prepare its voters list.
