Ballot Box. The Union shall be permitted, upon prior written notification to the Chief of Police, to place a ballot box at the Police Department for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Union and neither the box nor its contents shall be subject to the City's review. Such balloting shall not interfere with work activities.
Ballot Box. The Lodge shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief of Police, to place a ballot box at Division headquarters for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subject to ballot. Such boxes shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the Division's review.
Ballot Box. The Employer agrees that, upon reasonable notice, the Union shall have the right to place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the Employer covered by this Agreement, for the purposes of conducting Union elections, polling or collective agreement votes. The Union agrees that voting by employees will be conducted on employees’ time and will not interfere with the operation of the company. Campaigning will not be done during working hours and will not interfere with the operation of the Company.
Ballot Box. The Union shall be permitted to place a ballot box at the University Police Department for the purpose of collecting union members’ ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. The box shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot box nor the ballots shall be subject to the University’s review.
Ballot Box. The OPBA shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief, to place a ballot box at the Division headquarters for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on all OPBA issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the OPBA and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the City’s review.
Ballot Box. The Labor Council shall be permitted, upon prior written notification to the Chief of Police, to place a ballot box at Department Headquarters for the purpose of collecting member's ballots on all Labor Council issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Labor Council and neither the box not its contents shall be subject to the City's review. Such balloting shall not interfere with work activities.
Ballot Box. The Union may place a ballot box at mutually agreed locations when voting is taking place.
Ballot Box. The Union shall be permitted, upon prior written notification to the Sheriff, to place a ballot box at Office Headquarters for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Union and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the Employer's review. Such balloting shall not interfere with work activities.
Ballot Box. The O.L.C. and the F.O.P. shall be permitted, upon prior written notification to the Chief of Police to place a ballot box at Department headquarters for the purpose of collecting member's ballots on all O.L.C. or F.O.P. issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the O.L.C. or F.O.P. and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the City's review. Such balloting shall be limited to no more than eight (8) times per year. Such balloting shall not interfere with work activities and the ballot box shall be removed as soon as practicable after the issue has been determined.
Ballot Box. The Union shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Fire Chief, to place a ballot box at a location mutually agreed upon between the Union and the Fire Chief for the purpose of collecting members’ ballots on all Union issues subject to ballot. The box shall be the property of the Union and its contents shall not be subject to the Department’s review.
