Common use of Mail Clause in Contracts

Mail. No later than thirty (30) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto.

Mail. No later than thirty the twenty-eight (3028) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail notice substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A heretoB via First Class U.S. Mail to all Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), above.

Mail. No later than thirty the twenty-eight (3028) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail notice substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A heretoC and a postcard Claim Form with return postage prepaid via First Class U.S. Mail to all Settlement Class Members who did not receive an email pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b), above.

Mail. No later than thirty (30) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A B hereto, to each physical address in the Notice List, together with a postcard Claim Form with return postage prepaid. The Settlement Administrator shall also make available on the Settlement Website a copy of the Website Notice.

Mail. No later than thirty (30) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator shall send a copy of the Notice to Settlement Class Members via First Class U.S. Mail substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A heretohereto in English and Spanish.
