Mailing RMT Contributions. The County shall mail directly to the RMT program administrator as identified by the Association, the County and employee contributions required to be made to the Retiree Medical Trust (RMT) pursuant to Section 6.6.1. The Association shall provide the County the RMT program administrator’s legal name, address, and any other required mailing instructions necessary to enable the mailing. The County’s full obligation under this Section 9.3 shall be fulfilled when the check for the required contributions is placed in the mail to the designated address. The Association shall indemnify and hold the County harmless for any failure of the check to reach the RMT program administrator or otherwise be processed.
