Main Contacts Clause Samples

The MAIN CONTACTS clause designates the primary individuals or representatives responsible for communication and coordination between the parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause lists the names, titles, and contact information of each party's main point of contact, ensuring that all official notices, requests, or updates are directed to the appropriate person. By clearly identifying these contacts, the clause helps prevent miscommunication and ensures that important information is reliably exchanged, thereby streamlining interactions and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
