Main lane Widening and Rehabilitation. DB Contractor’s design shall consist of widening main lane pavement as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration. All existing main lane pavement within the limits described below shall be considered rehabilitation pavement areas for which the DB Contractor shall construct widening and perform pavement rehabilitation on existing main lane pavement to be left in place.
