Iran Divestment Act Certification The Contractor certifies that, if it submitted a successful bid for this contract, then as of the date it submitted the bid, the Contractor was not identified on the Iran List. If it did not submit a bid for this contract, the Contractor certifies that as of the date that this contract is entered into, the Contractor is not identified on the Iran List. It is a material breach of contract for the Contractor to be identified on the Iran List during the term of this contract or to utilize on this contract any subcontractor that is identified on the Iran List. In this Iran Divestment Act Certification section -- “Contractor” means the person entering into this contract with the City of Durham; and “Iran List” means the Final Divestment List – Iran, the Parent and Subsidiary Guidance– Iran list, and all other lists issued from time to time by the N.C. State Treasurer to comply with G. S. 147-86.58 of the N.C. Iran Divestment Act.
Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes. OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
Texas Family Code Child Support Certification Pursuant to §231.006, Texas Family Code, Contractor certifies it is not ineligible to receive the award of or payments under this Agreement, and acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
