MAINTENANCE AND DRYDOCKING. 18.1 Except as provided in clause 18.5 below, no Service Fee will be due in respect of any period of scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance or Classification Society cargo tank inspection. 18.2 The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance and drydocking of the FSRU. 18.3 The Customer shall cooperate to ensure that the Contractor may undertake any necessary maintenance work as and when required. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor shall bear all costs of Gas and LNG necessary for the inerting, gassing up and cooling down of the cargo tanks in connection with cargo tank inspections.
