Maintenance and Refinement of Terms of Reference. These Terms of Reference should be maintained by the Management Committee with support of CEPS Secretariat Office staff and be reviewed biannually, or as need arises, by the Management Committee to see if changes are required. Any changes to the approved Terms of Reference should be circulated to the Parties, through their respective members, for their information. Only the Governing Council may approve changes to the Terms of Reference.

  • Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Funding: Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
