Maintenance and Testing. 54.5.1. Sprint is only responsible for maintaining the facilities that it owns.
Maintenance and Testing. Provider shall install and maintain a utility- grade kilowatt-hour (“kWh”) meter (“Meter”) at the Site where a System is installed for the measurement of Energy provided to Customer at the Site, which shall measure the kWh output of the System on a continuous basis. Upon Customer’s written request, Provider shall furnish a copy of all technical specifications and accuracy calibrations for each Meter, as well as all metering data and energy production calculations. Provider shall test the Meter in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and provide the results of such testing to the Customer upon Customer’s request.
Maintenance and Testing. 14.1 Leaseweb reserves the right to suspend the Services and may suspend Customer’s right to access to the Equipment in order to perform Maintenance.
Maintenance and Testing. Utility shall install and maintain a utility- grade kilowatt-hour ("kWh") meter ("Meter") on the Site for the measurement of Energy generated by the System at the Site, which shall measure the kWh output of the System on a continuous basis for purposes of determining the Yearly Production. Owner shall be allowed to observe any Meter test, and Utility shall provide notice of the testing to Owner at least ten (10) days prior to the test date. Owner shall reimburse Utility for the cost of the additional tests requested by Owner, unless such testing demonstrates that the Meter was operating outside of industry standard tolerance allowances or an adjustment is required under Section 4.2.2.
Maintenance and Testing. Maintenance shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's published maintenance procedures. Periodic testing shall be completed with successful results in accordance with the manufacturer's published recommendations for periodic testing at, or before, the recommended testing intervals. If the manufacturer does not publish recommendations for periodic testing, suitable testing shall be performed that assures proper protection for the Area EPS, at an interval not to exceed two years. All test results shall be documented and available to the Cooperative for review upon request.

Transmission Owner will provide Interconnection Customer 30 days notice for planned maintenance and testing that will affect the ability of the generator to remain interconnected to the transmission system. For emergency maintenance and testing, the Transmission Owner will provide notice as soon as the Owner is aware of the need for the emergency maintenance and testing. The Interconnection Customer will provide the Transmission Owner 30 days notice of an outage of the Interconnection Customer facilities that will require electrical clearance at the Interconnection Facility. In the event of the need for an emergency outage of the Generator Facilities, the Interconnection Customer will provide the Transmission Owner notice of the need for electrical clearance as soon as the Interconnection Customer is aware of the need for the outage. Nothing in this paragraph prohibits the Transmission Owner or the Interconnection Customer from opening their respective connection facilities without notice in the event of an Emergency Condition.

Maintenance and Testing. A. Each licensee subject to this Subchapter shall implement a maintenance and testing program to ensure that intrusion alarms, associated communication systems, and other physical components of the systems used to secure or detect unauthorized access to radioactive material are maintained in operable condition and are capable of performing their intended function when needed. The equipment relied on to meet the security requirements of this Chapter shall be inspected and tested for operability and performance at the manufacturer's suggested frequency. If there is no suggested manufacturer's suggested frequency, the testing shall be performed at least annually, not to exceed 12 months.
