Common use of Maintenance Level Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Level. The defined parameters of Maintenance Services, including the times during which, and time- frames in which, Supplier shall respond to a request for Maintenance Services. The available Maintenance Levels are defined in this Contract or as defined in any order issued pursuant to this Contract.
