Maintenance of Bank Accounts. (a) Maintain all bank accounts and other forms of deposit account solely with a financial institution that has entered into a blocked account agreement or deposit account control agreement with the Collateral Agent on terms satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, and (b) cause any cash or cash equivalents that are the property of any Obligor to be held with a Lender.
Maintenance of Bank Accounts. During the term of this Agreement, the Loan Parties shall maintain their primary depository and treasury management services accounts with Fifth Third, but only so long as Fifth Third offers treasury management products and services that meet the treasury management needs of the Loan Parties.

(c) Maintain any material bank accounts outside of the United States and Canada (including, without limitation, any such accounts which could reasonably be deemed to be "principal operating accounts") with a Person other than a Lender. (d) During such time as any Loans or L/C Obligations which are not cash collateralized are owing hereunder, maintain any material balances in any deposit account with a bank or other financial institution in excess of the amounts required to finance immediate cash requirements in the ordinary course of business, except to the extent that such balances are directly attributable to any conveyance, sale, lease, assignment, transfer or other disposal of any of the property, business or assets (other than property, business or assets constituting Collateral) of HCNA or any of its Subsidiaries permitted pursuant to subsection 10.8.
Maintenance of Bank Accounts. Except for a deposit account with a balance at no time to exceed $15,000 maintained 74 in the name of Rockingham Poultry (VI) at Banco Popular (Puerto Rico), maintain all of its depository, disbursement and other accounts with the Agent and/ or any Revolving Credit Lender.
