Lock Box Agreements definition

Lock Box Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).

More Definitions of Lock Box Agreements

Lock Box Agreements means the agreements, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, among the Lock Box Banks, the Borrower and the Agent delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 7.13 hereof as such agreements may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
