Common use of Maintenance of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Benefits. The board shall not reduce or eliminate any previously negotiated benefits which were enjoyed by unit members as of the effective date of this Agreement unless otherwise provided by the express terms of this Agreement.
