Common use of Maintenance of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Benefits. The Employer agrees to maintain the full cost of Health and Welfare premiums when an employee is absent on Weekly Indemnity or Workers' Compensation claims or on Sick Leave to a maximum of six (6) months.
