Common use of Maintenance of Disability Plan Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Disability Plan. ALPA will maintain during the term of the Agreement the Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan currently in effect, unless modified by the mutual agreement of the parties, provided the maximum monthly limit for Unit II employees is $3,500. Effective 1/1/07, each employee will pay the premium cost directly, and will in turn be reimbursed for the premium cost by ALPA in the same paycheck in which payment is made. Participation in the Disability Plan is mandatory for all employees.
