Maintenance of Inclusion Adjunct Faculty. An adjunct faculty member who qualifies for initial bargaining unit inclusion but who subsequently fails to meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Article 2.1 shall remain a member of the bargaining unit for two consecutive semesters, excluding the summer term, in which the member provides no instructional services. Failure to satisfy the eligibility criteria in Article 2.1 for the third consecutive academic semester, excluding the summer term, will result in removal from the bargaining unit.
