Maintenance of Insurance ‑ Leaves of Absence. In the event an employee is granted an unpaid leave of absence for a period in excess of 30 days, they may continue the fringe benefits provided by the Board by paying the monthly premium amounts to the ESD Business Office prior to the next due date for premium. Continuation of insurance benefits is subject to insurance company policies and procedures. It is the responsibility of the individual staff member to notify the Business Office of their desire to continue insurance coverages.

  • MAINTENANCE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE Each party agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage of the type and amount reasonably customary in its industry. Upon request, a party shall furnish the other party with pertinent information concerning the professional liability insurance coverage that it maintains. Such information shall include the identity of the insurance carrier(s), coverage levels, and deductible amounts.

  • Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.

  • Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:

  • Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.

  • Maintenance/Cancellation of Insurance There will be no cancellation or reduction of coverage of any required insurance without thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Contractor. Such notice may be sent by the Subcontractor’s insurance carrier, insurance broker, or the Subcontractor.

  • Required Evidence of Insurance i. Copy of the additional insured endorsement or policy language granting additional insured status; and

  • Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Best rating of at least A- / “VII” or a Standard and Poor’s rating of at least A, unless prior written approval is obtained from the City Law Department.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances.   • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.
