Common use of Maintenance of Network equipment Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Network equipment. where the Distributor wishes to inspect or effect alterations, maintenance, repairs or additions to any part of the Network, subject to clauses 5.5, 5.7, 5.8 and Schedule 6 as applicable;
