Common use of Maintenance of Salary Table Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Salary Table. ‌ The County shall maintain a salary table for the positions in the bargaining unit. The salary table shall include twelve steps for each pay grade with a minimum and maximum rate and ten intermediate steps. Employees shall be compensated according to the salary table set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement. Such salary table shall cover all positions of the bargaining unit. Positions that have been prior removed shall serve as the basis for new positions that are created during the term of the Agreement should they be similar.
