Maintenance of the Governance System. A governance system which allows effective and orderly utilization of faculty professional judgment and expertise shall be maintained at all times during the life of this Agreement. Accordingly, the All-College Council as presently constituted shall be continued during the life of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
