Presidential Consultation. The College President or her/his designee shall meet with the President of the Association or her/his designee at the request of either party to discuss issues of concern.
Presidential Consultation. The President or designee shall meet with representatives of the Association for consultation once each semester for the purpose of discussing legitimate and proper subjects of collective negotiations that may arise during the life of this agreement and to discuss those matters necessary to the implementation of this agreement which are institution-wide in nature. Other University matters may be placed on the agenda and considered at the discretion of the President or the Association.
